The Bowdoin Gourmet gives readers an inside look at Bowdoin College’s dinning services, which are widely regarded as being one of the premire college food services in the country.
The Bowdoin Gourmet explores the dining experience at Bowdoin by chronicling typical meals and reporting on distinguishing aspects of Bowdoin’s dining services.
The Bowdoin Gourmet hopes that revealing what dining is really like at Bowdoin will generate instersting discussions about food service at Bowdoin and at colleges in general. It is easy to dismiss or forget the importace of food in ensuring students’ well-being; the Bowdoin Gourmet therefore seeks to highlight the signifigant impact that Bowdoin’s food has on the College’s students. Finally, the Bowdoin Gourmet simply hopes to have fun sharing great food with other foodies.
